About You
You are an enthusiastic and organized individual ready to start your career as a HR Intern – Learning & Development, based in our Singapore office. You enjoy planning, coordinating details, and helping people learn new skills.
You are comfortable working behind the scenes to make sure programmes run smoothly from managing calendars and sign-ups to preparing simple materials and follow-up notes. You communicate clearly, use spreadsheets or basic systems with confidence, and take pride in keeping information accurate and up to date.
You are curious about how learning programmes, employee experience and performance come together in a fast-moving PR and marketing agency. You ask questions, take feedback seriously, and are motivated to build a strong foundation in learning and development.
What You Do
As a HR Intern – Learning & Development, you support the People team and Academy in delivering learning experiences for our teams. You will:

- Assist with training administration by updating learning records, tracking participation, and helping to maintain training calendars and simple reports.
- Prepare and organise training materials such as slide decks, handouts, basic guides and follow-up communications on shared drives or platforms.
- Over time, you will start to contribute ideas to improve how we run our learning programmes and people initiatives, based on the feedback, data and observations you gather.
What You Offer
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications or a related discipline.
- A clear interest in learning and development, training or people development, ideally within a PR, marketing or creative environment.
- Good written and verbal communication skills, with a strong command of English.
- Strong coordination and organisational skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Comfortable using MS Office or Google Workspace (especially spreadsheets and presentation tools); experience with survey tools or learning platforms is a plus, not a must.
- A positive, proactive attitude, comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to take initiative, follow through on agreed actions, and ask for clarification when needed.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, taking feedback constructively and applying it to your work.
