About You

We are looking for a dynamic, creative thinker who thrives on challenges to join our team as a Consultant-Account Manager. You will help deliver integrated marketing campaigns for a diverse range of clients in the B2B technology sectors.

You will be responsible for the management and day-to-day execution of integrated marketing campaigns spanning PR, content, digital and social. You will have strong client management skills, plus experience in media/influencer relations and content development. You are a team player who is self-motivated, ambitious and eager to think outside the box. Your passion for continual learning, genuine communication and a great sense of humour will get you far.

What You Do

As a Consultant - Account Manager, you will be an integral part of our dynamic team, responsible for supporting the Account Directors in delivering exceptional service to our clients. You will play a crucial role in executing communication strategies, managing client relationships, and ensuring the successful implementation of PR campaigns.

• You have min 4-5 years of agency experience in communications consulting, preferably in corporate and technology practices

• You have a clear understanding of how to drive creative integrated campaigns

• You are a team player with a strong ability to motivate, inspire, delegate, empower and lead teams to consistently exceed clients’ expectations

• You have a proven record of achieving high client satisfaction and retention levels

• Proven experience in day-to-day running of accounts and managing clients

• Ability to work independently on smaller accounts with ad-hoc support from AD and above

• Ambitious, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and a sense of humour.

• Responsible for the management and development of junior consultants
