About You

As PR & Integrated Communications Director, you are a highly experienced communications leader trusted by clients and the team. You bring deep expertise across integrated communications and are confident leading complex, multi-stakeholder accounts with strategic clarity and commercial discipline.

You combine senior counsel with hands-on leadership, stepping into established portfolios with confidence and ensuring continuity, stability and growth. You’re comfortable operating alongside an experienced team whilst empowering them to deliver their best work. You are confident stepping into established teams and portfolios, quickly building trust and maintaining momentum.

What You Do

As PR & Integrated Communications Director, you take full ownership of a portfolio of complex integrated accounts. You provide strategic senior client counsel, ensure commercial performance and lead teams to deliver consistently high standards across clients.

• You provide account direction, acting as an escalation point for senior client stakeholders.

• You hold commercial accountability, managing revenue, profitability and forecasting for a portfolio of integrated accounts.

• You actively drive organic growth and lead new business opportunities from identification through to pitch and conversion.

• You lead and mentor senior consultants, maintaining Archetype standards and coaching leadership capability across the team.

What You Offer

• 10+ years agency experience in PR or integrated communications

• Proven counsel experience across complex, multi-stakeholder accounts

• Experience running account portfolios with P&L responsibility

• Demonstrated track record of driving organic growth and contributing to new business wins.

• Strong commercial acumen with ability to operate, decisively and remain calm under pressure

• Comfortable operating at senior level alongside other experienced leaders with the confidence to work autonomously whilst collaborating effectively
