About You
We are looking for a commercially driven and experienced communications professional to join our team as a Senior Manager, Strategic Communications. You bring deep expertise across B2B technology and corporate communications, with the confidence to lead complex accounts and build trusted relationships with senior client stakeholders.
You are comfortable operating in fast-moving, ambiguous environments where priorities shift and expectations are high. You bring structure to complexity, balancing strategic thinking with practical execution. With a strong growth mindset, you actively identify opportunities to expand scope, originate new conversations and convert relationships into commercial outcomes.
You are persuasive, energetic and relationship-driven. You enjoy being in the market, building networks and spotting opportunities before others do. You balance ambition with sound judgement and bring both credibility and momentum to your portfolio.
What You Do
As a Senior Manager, Strategic Communications, you lead integrated communications programs for B2B technology and corporate clients, ensuring delivery excellence while driving measurable growth.
You act as senior client lead across key accounts, providing strategic counsel and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships with confidence.
You develop and execute integrated communication strategies across earned, owned, social and paid channels.
You proactively identify and convert opportunities for organic growth within existing accounts.
You originate and develop new business conversations, contributing directly to revenue generation.
You lead or significantly contribute to new business pitches, from opportunity identification through to proposal development and presentation.
You manage account performance with strong commercial awareness, ensuring sustainable delivery and value creation.
You mentor and support junior team members, strengthening capability and maintaining Archetype standards.
What You Offer
8–12 years of experience in a PR agency or integrated communications environment.
Strong track record in B2B technology and corporate communications.
Experience across B2B technology, healthcare, government, fintech or startup environments
Ability to operate independently and deliver results in complex, fast-paced or regulated environments.
Demonstrated ability to grow accounts organically and contribute to new business revenue.
Experience leading complex, multi-stakeholder client programmes.
Commercially astute, proactive and confident in identifying and pursuing growth opportunities.
Strong persuasive communication skills and the ability to build lasting professional networks.
