About You
We are looking for a digitally strong and client-focused professional to join our team as a Digital Marketing Manager. You bring a balance of hands-on paid social expertise and the ability to manage campaigns, clients, and delivery across multiple workstreams in an agency environment.
You are confident in leading day-to-day digital programmes, managing priorities across accounts, and ensuring campaigns are delivered to a high standard. You are comfortable engaging with clients, presenting performance updates, and building trusted working relationships.
You have solid experience in paid social, particularly across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta and understand how to translate campaign objectives into effective execution and optimisation approaches.
You are proactive, solutions-oriented, and able to take ownership of projects while working within a collaborative, fast-paced, integrated environment.
What You Do
As a Digital Marketing Manager, you manage campaigns and projects with a high degree of independence. You have proven experience working across digital campaigns and play a key role in bridging planning to execution, ensuring work is delivered confidently and consistently with minimal oversight.
You lead day-to-day delivery across digital campaigns, ensuring work is executed efficiently, meets performance objectives, and aligns with client expectations.
You manage and optimize paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn and Meta, while guiding campaign direction and driving continuous performance improvements.
You serve as a key point of contact for clients on digital workstreams, providing updates, recommendations, and performance insights with confidence.
You oversee campaign timelines, deliverables, and scope, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within expectations.
You analyse performance data, identify trends, and provide clear, actionable recommendations to improve campaign effectiveness.
You collaborate with cross-functional teams across PR, content, and strategy to ensure digital activity aligns with broader integrated campaign objectives.
You support new business efforts by contributing to proposals, pitch materials, and identifying opportunities within existing accounts.
You guide junior team members, improving delivery quality and ensuring consistency across accounts.
You help strengthen operational stability by improving continuity in digital delivery and reducing reliance on ad hoc resources.
What You Offer
You bring 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing, ideally within an agency environment.
You have strong hands-on experience in paid social platforms, particularly LinkedIn and Meta, with the ability to manage and optimise campaigns independently.
You are confident in working with clients, presenting performance results, and providing recommendations in a client-facing role.
You demonstrate strong analytical skills and the ability to translate data into clear, actionable insights.
You have experience managing multiple campaigns or accounts simultaneously, with strong organisational and project management skills.
Experience working with B2B, technology, or corporate clients is preferred.
Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager), tracking, or marketing automation platforms are advantageous.
You are proactive, dependable, and able to operate independently while collaborating effectively with broader teams.
You use AI tools to optimize and fast track your work (e.g. ChatGPT, Claude or Perplexity)
You are familiar with Slack and Google Workplace Suite
