B2B Content & Campaign Manager
Join Archetype
At Archetype, you help clients think bigger, go further, and achieve more. With over 40 years of experience and 21 offices worldwide, you join a team of 650+ creative individuals turning ambitions into success.
Our people are the heart of our achievements. Whether you're starting out or a seasoned pro, if you take pride in your work and have bold ambitions, Archetype might be the place for you.
You are a creative thinker, problem solver and storyteller. You thrive in a high-standard environment, where curiosity is encouraged, ambition celebrated and kindness valued. As a self-motivated storyteller, you break new ground with strategic, creative campaigns.
We are committed to diversity, equity, and inclusion. Your unique ideas and perspectives help us do our best work and make a difference in the world.
About You
We are looking for an organised, editorially sharp and commercially aware B2B Content & Campaign Manager to develop and deliver content-led campaigns for our technology clients.
This role sits at the intersection of written content, campaign thinking and project management. You turn client objectives into clear briefs, timelines, content plans and campaign outputs, from thought leadership, reports and messaging to localisation projects, LinkedIn activity and partner recommendations that help clients achieve cut-through. You understand the importance of balancing creative quality with commercial discipline.
You are meticulous, timeline-led and quality-focused. You manage multiple moving parts, keep stakeholders aligned and make sure work is delivered on time, on brief and within scope. You are confident handling client conversations, managing feedback and momentum across busy projects.
You are also a strong storyteller. You understand how content, audience and distribution connect, and you are confident in writing, shaping and improving content across a range of B2B formats. You can interpret a brief, understand the audience, shape a narrative, strengthen a draft and make sure the final work is clear, accurate, useful and fit for purpose.
You are curious about emerging B2B content, social and campaign tactics, and have the judgement to identify which opportunities are genuinely useful for clients. You do not chase trends for the sake of it, but you do look for smart ways to help clients show up with greater relevance, credibility and impact.
What You Do
As a B2B Content & Campaign Manager, you manage the day-to-day delivery of content-led campaigns, projects and written communications across B2B technology accounts.
Support the development and delivery of written content including thought leadership, reports, EDMs, messaging, case studies, executive content, LinkedIn copy, localization projects and campaign assets.
Write, edit and shape content where required, ensuring work is clear, accurate, aligned to brief and appropriate for the audience and channel.
Translate client and senior direction into clear briefs, actions, timelines and next steps.
Manage campaign timelines, workflows, stakeholders, review cycles and approvals across multiple projects.
Act as a key client contact for content-led workstreams, managing timelines, feedback and approvals with confidence.
Manage localisation and adaptation of global or regional content for Australian audiences.
Track feedback, consolidate comments and ensure final outputs are delivered to a constantly high standard.
Monitor scope, timelines, resourcing and risks, escalating early when senior input is required.
Support planning, reporting and optimisation across content-led campaigns and projects.
Help identify new content opportunities, formats, partnerships or channels that can give clients stronger cut-through.
Identify opportunities to improve delivery efficiency and strengthen ways of working.
What You Offer
3–5 years’ experience managing content-led campaigns, communications, or project-based work, ideally within an agency or B2B environment.
Experience working with B2B or technology clients.
Strong project management capability, with the ability to manage multiple priorities, stakeholders and deadlines effectively
Strong writing and editing skills, with confidence to shape and improve B2B content across formats
Confidence managing client conversations, expectations, feedback and approvals.
Clear understanding of how audience, format, channel and distribution shape effective content performance.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
A calm, proactive and collaborative working style, with the confidence to maintain momentum across internal teams and client projects
