About You
We are looking for a digitally strong and client-focused professional to join our team as a Digital Account Manager on a 6-month contract.
You bring hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns and are confident balancing campaign execution with client communication. You are comfortable working across multiple accounts, managing competing priorities and ensuring campaigns are delivered efficiently and effectively.
You are highly organised, analytical and proactive. You enjoy translating campaign objectives into clear execution plans and are confident presenting performance updates, recommendations and insights to clients. You thrive in a fast-paced agency environment and can operate independently with light-touch support from senior team members.
Experience working with B2B, technology or corporate clients is advantageous. You are curious about digital trends, understand how performance marketing contributes to broader business objectives and enjoy finding practical ways to improve campaign results.
What You Do
As a Digital Account Manager, you manage the day-to-day delivery of paid social campaigns across a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring campaigns are executed effectively and delivered against agreed objectives.
You support the planning, setup, execution, optimisation and reporting of paid social campaigns across platforms including LinkedIn and Meta.
You contribute to media planning, campaign frameworks, audience targeting approaches and budget recommendations under the guidance of senior team members.
You manage campaign operations across active client accounts, ensuring campaigns are running efficiently and delivering against agreed KPIs.
You act as a day-to-day client contact for campaign-related queries, providing clear communication, performance updates and recommendations.
You build and manage campaigns within platform environments, including audience setup, creative trafficking, bid management and optimisation.
You analyse campaign performance data and develop reports that translate results into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
You support the development of campaign assets, ad copy variations, audience segmentation documentation and campaign briefs.
You monitor platform updates, digital trends and competitor activity, identifying relevant opportunities for clients.
You conduct research to support campaign planning, audience development and market insights.
You contribute to pitch materials, proposals and new business opportunities as required.
What You Offer
3–5 years of experience in paid social, performance marketing or digital campaign management, ideally within an agency environment.
Strong hands-on experience with LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
Experience with Meta Ads Manager and paid social campaign optimisation.
Confidence managing campaign communications and presenting performance updates to clients.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and develop actionable recommendations.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Experience managing multiple campaigns simultaneously within a fast-paced environment.
Experience working with B2B, technology or corporate clients is preferred.
Familiarity with AI tools such as ChatGPT to improve efficiency, research and content development.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within an integrated team environment.
